The behavior of the girls is disgusting. And it is the RESPONSIBILITY of their parents to take corrective actions.

Principal Austin Couch's actions are no different then the Taliban. Perhaps he also desires the authority to go through their underwear drawers and discard anything he finds inappropriate.
